Whilst the Recurring Payments Report is coming soon to Virtual Terminal 2.0, you can continue to access this report through the Legacy Virtual Terminal.

Please refer to the Virtual Terminal (Legacy) documentation for more information. Details on accessing the "Active Periodic Billing" report can be found in the Reports section on page 26.

You can log in to the Legacy Virtual Terminal using your existing Virtual Terminal username and password at https://www.ipg-online.com/vt/login. To avoid any session issues, please ensure you log out of Virtual Terminal 2.0 before accessing the Legacy Virtual Terminal.
