In order to initiate a payment request with a guest checkout token you need to send the following fields:

tokenCryptogram | Represents the cryptogram as assigned by a scheme. |
paymentAccountReferenceNumber | Represents the Payment account reference as assigned by a scheme. For merchants located in India, it is recommended to send the Payment account reference number initiated for guest checkout Token and cryptogram request, or network token and cryptogram request |
