Virtual Terminal FAQ
The purpose of this page to provide the answer to the frequently asked questions about the new Virtual Terminal application and features.

| When will the new Virtual Terminal (VT) be available? | The new VT is available immediately for all VT 1.0 (legacy) users under existing credentials. |

| How the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) should be setup properly? | First time login into the new VT is described here: https://docs.fiserv.dev/public/docs/introduction-3#first-time-login |
| Will both VT version be available in parallel? | Yes, both VT applications will be available until the final legacy VT decommission date (30th June 2026). Please note, that it is not recommended to log into both application simultaneously. Doing so could cause session conflicts or access issues that may interrupt your work or compromise data integrity. |
| Is it possible to use a browser version of the authenticator app? | Yes, it is possible to use both mobile devices (iOS & Android) or a browser TOTP applications compatible with the following requirements: Type: Time-based Algorithm: SHA512 OTP Digits: 6 Interval: 30 seconds |
| What devices could be used to perform MFA login? | Both mobile devices and browser authentication apps could be used for MFA. |
