TL;DR - Standardised merchantId query parameter as Merchant-Id header in-line with other APIs
Summary
This is a small functional release for the Statements API which affects the following endpoints:

- To ensure our APIs remain consistent with our standards, we have now moved the
merchantIdquery parameter to be theMerchant-Idheader. All other behaviour should remain the same.
